Registration

A Participation Certificate will be awarded only to those who have paid the registration fee, registered for the conference, and delivered their presentations.

Participants whose papers have been accepted and or attendees who wish to receive a Participant Certificate must include their full name, Turkish ID number, and paper ID number in the payment description when making their payment. Non-Turkish citizens are not required to provide their citizenship number.

Each participant attending the conference in person for co-authored works must pay a registration fee.

Each author can submit with a maximum of four (4) papers. One registration fee covers two (2) papers. For those submitting three (3) or four (4) papers, an additional fee applies:

• Citizens of Member and Observer Countries of the Organisation of Turkic States: 500 TL per additional paper.
• Participants from Abroad: 25 EUR/USD/GBP per additional paper.

No refunds or registration cancellations will be permitted after the detailed conference programme has been announced.

An Attendee Certificate will be awarded to those attending the conference as listeners.

Attention to participants who have registered as listeners [and paid the listener fee]:  Please send your Listener Fee Receipts to epoder06@gmail.com, including your TC ID numbers [if applicable]. Thank you.

Registration fees must be deposited into one of the following accounts of TACI Economic Enterprise, and the receipts must be sent to epoder06@gmail.com
